Refunds and cancellations

• Licences are supplied immediately after payment, and only with your consent at checkout.
• Once supply has begun, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies.
• If supply has not begun, you may cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.
• If the software is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that fails, a price reduction or refund.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give consumers 14 days to cancel most online purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right to cancel ends once supply begins, if you have agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.

At checkout you tick a required box giving that consent and acknowledgement. Supply begins when your licence keys and licence files are made available on the confirmation page or your order page, immediately after payment.

If supply has not begun, for example because delivery of your order did not start, you may cancel within 14 days of your order by emailing sales@oxfordprivatestudios.com with your order reference. We will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not:

• we will repair or replace it;
• if we cannot, or cannot do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a price reduction, which may be up to a full refund.

These rights apply whether or not your right to cancel has ended. Business customers are covered by the terms of sale.

Include your order reference and the email address used at checkout. If you have lost your order link, recover it at Find my order.

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method used for the order. When a licence is refunded in full, the licence ends, and you must stop using the software it covers and delete any copies.
