Each order is governed by the Oxford Private Studios Ltd Terms and Conditions (effective 22 September 2025, last updated 9 April 2026), which apply to all brands and services of Oxford Private Studios Ltd, including Aevornix. These terms of sale and the licence terms add the conditions specific to Aevornix software licences. Together they form the contract between you and us for each order. If they conflict, the Oxford Private Studios Ltd Terms and Conditions take priority. Our privacy notice explains how we use personal data.

You are a consumer if you buy wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. You are a business customer if you buy for those purposes. Some sections apply differently to consumers and business customers, and say so. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We sell licences to use downloadable Windows software. We do not sell physical goods. Each licence is a one-time purchase under one of four tiers: Home, Student, Professional or Business. What each tier permits is set out in the licence terms.

Bundles, including Aevornix Suite and Aevornix Complete, provide one licence of the chosen tier for each application the bundle includes.

Some products are marked Preview release on their product page. A Preview release is an early version that is still being developed. Its product page describes it as a Preview release before you buy.

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total shown at checkout is the total charged.
• Prices are one-time. A licence does not renew or charge you again automatically.
• Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s page and are not received or stored by us.
• If a price shown on the store is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

Placing an order at checkout is an offer to buy the licences in your cart. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms your payment. If payment is not confirmed, no contract is formed and no licence is issued.

The confirmation page gives the link to your private order page. Keep that link and your order reference. You can recover the order page at any time at Find my order using the email address given at checkout and your order reference.

Licences are delivered digitally and immediately after payment is confirmed. The confirmation page and your private order page show your licence keys and signed licence files, and a download link for each product where a release is available.

Anyone with the link to your order page can see its contents. Keep the link private. The store has no customer accounts; normal use of the software needs no internet connection and no Aevornix account.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, a consumer normally has 14 days after the contract is formed to cancel. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, that right is lost once supply begins, provided you have given your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.

At checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming that you want the licences supplied immediately and that you acknowledge you will lose your right to cancel once supply begins. An order cannot be placed without that confirmation. Supply begins when your licence keys and licence files are made available on the confirmation page or your order page.

If supply has not begun, you may cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed by emailing sales@oxfordprivatestudios.com with your order reference. We will refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

Losing the right to cancel does not affect your rights if the software is faulty. See section 8.

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires the digital content we supply to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not:

• you are entitled to a repair or a replacement;
• if a repair or replacement is not possible, is not carried out within a reasonable time or would cause you significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which may be up to a full refund.

If faulty digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content, and the damage is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.

To report a fault, email sales@oxfordprivatestudios.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Refunds are made to your original payment method through Stripe. More detail is in refunds and cancellations.

If you are a consumer

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, when the contract was formed, both you and we knew it might happen. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

The software is licensed for the use permitted by your licence tier. Home and Student licences are for non-commercial use, and we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

If you are a business customer

We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. You are responsible for keeping backups of your own data.

For all customers

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of payment, hosting or network providers. If such an event affects delivery, we will contact you where we can, and you may cancel an affected order that has not been supplied and receive a refund.

Send complaints to legal@oxfordprivatestudios.com with your order reference. We will try to resolve any dispute with you directly before either of us takes further action.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland or in England. If you are a consumer living in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland or in England.

• If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force.
• No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
• The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
